Haha, I didn't have room either but I kinda made it happen. I think I'm actually done with my build now. I really can't see anything else I need now. Unless I go for full water cooling lol.

You have me beat. I don't have enough space for 3 monitors. I used to have two on the gaming one, moved it to the pr0n comp.

Becuz of all you bastards I have to keep upgrading and buying cool new gadgets. First the sleeved lighting. Now the sleeve power cables. This will never end.
LOL dont forget the 600T!

I THINK I'll be safe...can't afford or fit 2 more 27" monitors.
Sleeved goodies are a likely future though.

Oh yeahhhh the case too!!!

It was just suppose to be a CPU, mobo, ram upgrade. Thats it!

Now I keep trying to think of ways to Pimp my rig.

Now I feel like I need a 2nd 27", Modular PSU and keyboard.

One thing I did notice about the 600T. The airflow isn't quite as good as my Antec 900. I disassembled my 900 and painted the inside black and gonna semi pimp my old comp.

I have a bad feeling it won't just be a quick assembly. I'm gonna have to upgrade something. You guys are all BAAAAAAAAAAAAAD for me.

I say keep it. Add a bit of those yellow/black hazard tape along the edges. The interior looks like a deadly sci fi building with the shape of the heatsinks and fins and tubing...cant really explain it lol.

Great Job!
Looks nice and clean.
Yes, one more vote on keeping that PSU sticker. You paid a premium for that haha.

You're quick on getting the 24pin extension. We were talking about it yesterday and you got it installed today. lol.
Also, were did you get those smaller tubes to hide the wires?

Impulse buyer. I've never really given a shit how my rigs looked until Donut that evil bastard posted up a pic of the 600T. LOL

Now it torments me. I just keep trying to think of how to keep the wiring cleaner.

I got the sleeving from the shop. We buying hundreds of feet of it. We use it for wire/cable management in cars. If you need any and you're in Richmond lemme know. Can't cost too much I assume.

I need to start ignoring the comp threads. Because of all you I had to take apart my old Antec 900 and paint the inside, I fucked up the outside so dropped it off at a friends bodyshop to get it painted. I never thought I would get into comp modding.

I found a roll of those tubing inside my garage but it didnt have any packaging. I would check princess auto in Coquitlam first though, they seem like they would carry these DIY supplies. I guess Walmart or any dollar store might have them too.

LOL

You're the one I got that from. Yeah I needed a case for my 2nd comp. That comp is now the 3rd comp which will be rendered useless for awhile. Maybe use that as my HTPC or use it at the shop.

Donut>>> You're still the cause!!! It all started with the 600T case. All my other cases were pretty plain and I didn't really care much about cable management. Now all I've been thinking about it balling out the case. LOL My gf thinks I'm a nerd now. She doesn't share the enthusiasm.

At least you got a Z68. I'm happy for you.
I'm holding off upgrading my i7-950 with 12gb of ram is plenty for now. I'm going to wait until Q4 and build myself an X79 system.

Wow only 312?!

Hurry up and post the build, that Twin Frozr card is gonna look insane on that board.

Thought this was pretty cool and relevant seeing as GB boards are gaining popularity around here:

Yup. Gotta love ME's PM/PB policy.
Pm'ed NCIX's after MIR price for the Mobo since Me doesn't have the MIR for that board. So $125+tax
For the 2500k I pm'ed currently lowest price at directcanada $209.99 and I had a coupon for 10% price beat bringing the CPU down to $189

Haha this thread is deadly. Causes people to purchase shit they had no intention of purchasing.

Even though ME doesn't offer the rebate, you just need to got to the manufacturers site to get the rebate forms.

At least that's what I did.

Get some pix of the build! It'll look fucking killer in your case.

My other buddy just got the 2600K too.

Ya man so true

But no the MIR is specific to NCIX purchase only but I know what you meant.
I got lucky once with the MSI 560 ti and managed to pm the after MIR price since they didn't update/unaware of their website to included the MIR so I kinda double dipped on the MIR.

I'll probably install the parts sometime next week. But only the MOBO will look different since the 2500k is hidden under my H70.

Edit: BTW I picked up the Asus Xonar DG too just to try out and so far it's alright. Was gonna go for the DX but don't know if it's that much better than the DG. I'm using headphones only for gaming anyway.
For the price I paid I'm satisfied with its performance over onboard sound.
