No but I'm pretty sure it's the same place that's been advertising on Craigslist lately. I remember seeing a pic of those knockoff Bride and Recaro seats lined up like an army in a Condo dining room in one of the ads.

been to the apartment.

rims looked ok,

didnt get a firm date on when more stock would be in, and kept trying to get a deposit out of me.

1exotic 06-16-2011 02:09 AM

I have dealt with Mpautosport on a couple occasions and have referred them to a friend who was also very satisfied. If you are looking for replica products, I don't think there is a better place to find them sold locally. Thumbs up from me.

1exotic 06-18-2011 01:21 PM

those recardo seats are only $300 bucks each
also the rims posted above are BBS LM replica's. $850 for 18" and $950 for 18".

Hot Karl 06-18-2011 01:27 PM

are those replica seats safe? anything that's a blatant knock off smacks of china style quality. now with more lead!

AVS_Racing 06-18-2011 03:34 PM

too bad those bbs doesn't come in 5x114

hotong 06-18-2011 09:28 PM

lol condo

kookoobird88 06-18-2011 10:08 PM

i bought my seat off them

nice guys trying to start something up

got my bride gias low max off them

i recommend them

hk20000 06-19-2011 11:16 AM

Friend bought a pair of Bride reps for his EVO9

the only telltale sign is that the "Bride" fabric isn't as squared as the real deal....otherwise lightweight FRP seat just what you'd expect....

but of course if you are in an accident and the hinge fails then GG.

Gh0stRider 06-20-2011 12:43 AM

would you guys trust the rims from them?

hk20000 06-20-2011 10:13 PM

hey they have CF 3M wraps priced at $28 per meter and it's 1.8 meters wide. I want to wrap my hood in that stuff :D

insomniac 06-21-2011 10:17 PM

hmm since they have bbs lm's i wonder if they have them in 4x100 lol

XXR does :fuckyea: close enough

Toeknee 06-22-2011 07:23 AM

excuse my noob question but what are the downsides of getting a replica seat? That it might snap or warp due to high stress? the material degrades faster than the real thing? Or are people able to tell it apart and mock my cheap ass?

Search up on youtube on fake seats.

It will not hold up in an accident.

From what I recall the only testing that was done was on the reclineable seats. Fixed buckets should be more rigid.

TypeRNammer 06-22-2011 02:37 PM

/\

I would click the thanks button if it was still around :p
