This hasn't been getting much attention on this board, but how tragic would it be if Crosby misses a long stretch or even the whole year due to concussions.

Are you guys taking him with your first round pick in the draft if he's available??

I was just thinking that. I don't think I have him in top 5 at the moment, probably only if its a late 1st round pick.

I told my buddy in my keeper pool I'd give him jeff Carter and a first round pick plus next year 2nd round pick for an injury prone Crosby lol he doesn't know what to do

Yeah that's crazy... Crosby isn't in my top 5 for sure. I'll take him if he drops to me in the late first round. It's been happening a lot in the mock drafts I've been doing though.

I think Jagr is going to get drafted early in the 1st round of our keeper pool. But ya the guy who has Crosby in our pool, won't accept a trade for Crosby unless he's offered the moon.

I wouldn't take that offer you made your buddy. Hell I got offered 3 first round picks for Patrick Kane (likely very low picks).

How are you guys rankings the rookies this year? My ranking is below and takes into consideration how I think the person drafting in my pool will pick so it doesn't not nessicarily reflect the actual scouting rankings:

1. Ryan Nugent-Hopkins
2. Adam Larsson (D)
3. Gabriel Landeskog
4. Jonathan Huberdeau
5. Ryan Strome
6. Sean Couturier
7. Mika Zibanejad
8. Ryan Murphy (D)
9. Sven Bartschi
10. Joel Armia

Ugh.....so many decisions to make for this weekend's pool draft

There's 14 of us and I'm drafted 3rd in a non-snaking draft. Tempted to pick up Crosby if he drops to the 2nd round.
