Canucks looked pretty horrible until the latter part of 3rd. Tons of turnovers and several forwards trying to do too much and get too cute. Lu kept them in it. That second goal was garbage though...

Seemed like the team thought it was going to be an easy win and would blow out the Flames before the game actually happened...seeing as how the Canucks have a great record vs CGY, I expected an easy win aswell

was an awesome game to be at...lots of flames fans in my section...wasnt overly surprised with how well the flames were dancing around the nucks for the first 2 periods. they have really been pulling it together lately. though was definately on the edge of my seat for the last 5 minutes until we got the empty..

I was in 304, there were a few Calgary jerseys where I was too. Good times.
I was fully expecting a loss, more than glad to be proven wrong. Woo! Irving has played very very well in his 2 starts.

Lappy was at LV today and poor guy couldn't get any help because the sales reps were too busy helping the asians lol.

AWS - here's what actually went down. Sister and her bf were at LV and came across Lappy and asked for a pic in whcih he happily did. The security guard and worker right away was like wtf and asked who he was. As soon as they found out he was a hockey player he got help right away.

Well I received my first Christmas gift of the day and its a lump of coal. Ron Wilson has been given a 3 year extension with the Leafs. Burke could have at least waited until the end of the season to see how things played out.

Give him a contract that will pay him even if he gets axed.
Just business as usual IMHO.
