I love reading this thread sometimes and seeing the guys talked about for trade pick ups.

Here is what MG will do.

Trade for 1 or 2 players that NOBODY has discussed in this thread. The reg's will like his moves and act like they knew these players. They will score some goals in the playoffs, or make some big hits and pictures will be made with tagline's, such as; "U mad bro?".

*keep in mind that these players were virtually unknown by Canuck fans

Then nick names will be made. Shawn79 will be buying jersey's and getting them signed at the local best buy talking about how X's hand brushed up against his and how he loved him.

Agree about cgy. JBo way over paid. Can skate well but no hockey smarts and avg shot and physical play.

IMO the Hart and Lindsay trophy are Malkin's to lose, even if he tanks the last 20 games of the season its arguable whether he can lose it or not. He has single handedly carried the Pens on his back this season, monstrous games, clutch goals, and quite consistent game in game out.
