I'm surprised he even played that much, the only time I noticed him out there was when he gave the puck away. Where's the energy and grittiness that this kid was supposed to bring? Where are the big hits and fights?
He played well in the first 3 games when he was traded here but declined after that. Then he became invisible since his injury.

Still no replies on my Schroeder call up? If Kass and Weise are playing 3 mins. Schroeder can take one of their spots and slot in the PP at least he'll provide some speed and offensive creativity.

Has anyone compared the Burke/Nonis acquisitions on the team to Gillis' acquisitions?
I mean Burke and Nonis brought in the Sedins, Lu, Schneider, Burrows, Kesler...
How about MG? Marco Sturm? Mats Sundin? Keith Ballard? He did bring in Ehrhoff in a great trade, but he's gone, and Hamhuis was a good signing...

People need to relax. Kassien is a 21 year-old kid. His talent will be displayed with time. You have to be patient with the kid and can't expect him to be all world right away. He will be a noticeable force maybe half way thru next year...maybe.

It seems like everyone knows how to play the Canucks now....beat up on their top players and they cant do shit. Whats the worse Kesler/Lappy chirping at you. Wooo Im scared.
At least Torres last year had some big hits and fought. This year were even worse when it comes to tough guys. When the commentators and analysts state there is something wrong with no one sticking up for their teammates you gotta shake your head as that is a coaching/management problem.

Bottom line.
41 shots on net for game 3.
Hot goalie. Sometimes playoff games go that way. They didn't do anything between whistles and stuck to the script. Came up short.
