The long term forecasts are based on trends of previous years on the same date, in the end all it's trying to do is ensure that the average temperatures are on par with historical trends, that's when you get wacky things like that happening, RS snowboard meet?

That's gotta be wrong. But yeah, wtf, it was COLD this morning. At 12 degrees. It was 12 degrees in January. Our indian summer this year better be kick ass to make up for the crap hand we've been dealt.
