quiet performance exhaust anyone???

Currently I am looking forward to get rid of my stock exhaust...however my gf doesnt like my aftermarket exhaust to be too loud...so i think I would choose the HKS hi-power(
) because on youtube it doesnt seem to be too loud...and so do the tsudo axle back(
) and injen (
)

I know there are greddy SE, TI-C and magnaflow catback but they are all too loud.....

Anyone has any comment or advice for me please, hoping to see someone
reply with a video that is not the just the reving sound but also the driving in car sound...thanks=]

I had a Hi-Power exhaust on my SW20.

Shit was loud.

Edit: You are best sticking with your stock exhaust. Anything else won't solve your problem.

get a new gf but yea non of those exhausts that you posted would be quite. your best bet would be to put a uprated oem exhaust on but i don't think you can put an evo oem exhaust on your car.

apexi world sport 2.

not sure if they have that for the new lancer though.. worse to worse, use oem piping and buy a ws2 muffler to weld on. good enough.

Try a massive Sierra muffler transverse. I'd like to see that

Go with the greddy evo 2, its got a nice purr to it and is only loud if you want it to be, by accelerating hard. its apparently discontinued but some places still carry it.

good luck

You've got so much room under there.

Go custom, use Magnaflow and Vibrant.

That is a 14" long resonator. Magnaflow makes them in 22" as well.

See those long sections of tubing, cut and weld more straight flow mufflers in, such as the Magnaflow 4" round (OD not pipe diameter) and maybe see if you can add a Vibrant Ultraquiet resonator in there too.

Those who are running the BRM exhaust on their Nissan's will know exactly what I'm talking about.

One, or if possible two of these http://www.magnaflow.com/02product/s...e=main&id=9253

And one of these http://vibrantperformance.com/catalo...1022_1033_1055
