using wrong pcv valve? problem?

i got a pcv valve for a b18b when i should have gotten one for a b18c, will it affect anything? the car is a 98 integra gsr. it does have oil burning issues.

ur fine, rockauto says that the PCV valves are the same.

Also the same PCV used in a couple toyotas too lol

click on the part number. cross compatibility will pop up.

FV309 which is for a B18B1 can be used on GSRs B18C1

They seem to be interchangeable

i picked up the "correct" one. no difference in the valve but i did notice that the hose was kinked somehow and that why i was burning oil.
