uTorrent client help

I've been using uTorrent for ages and everything was going well till 2 days ago. I have not changed any settings on the client itself nor my modem/router. For those using the client, i've always had the green check mark. It started showing the yellow triangle and switching back and forth between that and the green check mark. Yellow triangle means that i can download but no peers can connect to me, meaning i can't upload. I ran the port tests and its currently saying my port is not opened. However, from time to time, the client still shows a green check mark and when i re-run the test, it still gives me the error that my port is not opened. I double and triple checked my port forwards with my router and the setting is still there. Things i've done to try to get this working again with no avail.

- Rebooted modem/router
- Changed to a different forwarded port
- Rebooted client and computer
- IP stayed the same
- Released and renewed internet lease on the modem
- Rebooted computer
- Went into CMD and did ipconfig /release -> ipconfig /flushdns -> ipconfig /renew

Can anyone chime in on this issue? If it helps, im currently using a Siemens Gigaset SE567
