What sort of mythical, magical camera is this? Unless it's a thermal-imaging type (costing thousands of dollars, typically), it's not going to see through fog any better than any other camera (and realistically, thermal cameras don't do a whole lot better in fog either).

North of Parksville to the Willis Rd intersection at the north entrance to Campbell River, is all 110 except for the 90 zones at traffic lighted intersections.

I live in the van island and yes there are places in bc speed limit is 110km/h
