Not bad. I bet lawyers and real estate agents are thumbing through their books to look for anything of the sort in Vancouver. That'd be like landing a goldmine if this was the case here with our retarded house values.

Even if he gets kicked out after a few months, hes gained by not paying any rent for those months. Jelly neighbours.

The law that he dug up stated that if someone moves into an abandoned home, they could negotiate with the original owner. If the original owner wants the squatter to leave, he'd have to pay his mortgage, and the bank would file suit to get the squatter evicted. The bank that held the mortgage has closed up shop. Epic win.
