help: mr2

hello, my 1991 toyota mr2 (e-brake) cables had snapped, those anyone know a shop that could fix it or buy the cable from?

You are best to get the cables from the dealer, in the states they are about $60 each. Check out BCMR2.com for some local mechanics.

try Lordco first, i remember one of the threads on Revscene talks about ordering parts.. and this guy posted a link.. ordering goodies from the states then you can drive down there to pick it up. Givemme sometime and i'll find it

Lordco cables are shit. I've bought cables from them, one was too long and the other was too short and they don't have the rubber boots at the end, which means they will fail again in a short time.

there are 3 cables.. replacing all 3 is around 100 bucks if you get them from the states.
