It depends on a few things, if you put a single layer over everything probably 7-10 sq ft per door if you double up obviously more. That's doing the outer skin as well. Also if you make covers for access holes you would use more as well.

only doing the outer door skin will have the most efficiency?
do i do it by 1 sheet, or can cut into pieces and stick each piece each time ?

what tools are required?

Both outer and inner should be done, it is easy to cut with an exactoknife. And you can use your hands or the wooden roller it comes with to stick it on. The only other thing you need to do is clean the metal. It is easy to install just time consuming. You also need whatever tools are required to remove your door panel, most likely a Phillips screwdriver.

how much do they weight?
and, can the exactoknife replaced with razer cutter ?

there is 2 layer of the door,
"1" is the outter skin, which we can see outside,,,
"2" is like the inner layer of the door, to mount the speakers and locks,,, etc,,,

so, we need to do BOTH side of layer "2" ?

how much do they weight ?

can you notice a considerable of difference after its insulated?
(have amp and components)

The outer skin you dampen from the inside of the door. You cut pieces and reach through the service holes and stick them on. The weight i believe is .35 lb/sqft. The Exactoknife/ razor cutter is the same thing.

I deadened at the same time as installing everything, so i could not say what it did for the sound, however there is a definite decrease in road noise and the doors close with a nice thud now, so i believe it is doing what it is supposed to. Also it did get rid of the rattles i had while the stock speakers were in there.
