everyone in hc gets power lvl by their clan members

The bonus drop rate has been great, but except for my barb, I haven't really been getting anything all that good. :(

^^ Am I the only person that thinks this isn't such a good move? The 100% legendary drop rate increase has certainly been fun this past week, and I while I didn't really pick up anything spectacular, I did receive some minor / incremental upgrades to my gear. But having legendary items pop up so frequently seems like it is kind of cheapening the items...

only a matter of time before people start complaining about lack of content again.

New buff is fine with me! HC characters lose shit all the time. SC.....I guess you guys need bigger stashes.

If you are to think so far ahead, it doesn't really matter if their intent is to make ladder/season the focus of the game. If they do it right, ladder will be what most people will be playing cause that will be where all the new/OP gear is.

It's like D3 vanilla, and ROS; if you see all your friends playing ROS using level 70 gear, you wouldn't be playing vanilla for long with your crappy lvl 60 junk. Same thing will happen with ladder.

So they can make it rain, no one will care once ladder hits.

How are you guys doing in terms of finding set items? As a result of the legendary drop rate increase, finding legendary items is not a problem at all, but the set items are still are rare as ever.

I keep getting set plans, not actual items... is that happening to anyone else?

I get a mixture of set and legendary plans, and a lot of useless legendary items, but actual set items are few and far between. Even when I get them, they tend to belong to completely different sets, so the set bonuses never set in.

The only exception is the Cain set. Because Maghda is always there, I can keep going back to farm the Maghda item that I need to forge the Cain set. But the set bonuses from that is hardly anything to rave about. I still use it on my barb only because I couldn't find anything better.

Yea so far I can't use any of the legendaries I've gotten either. I've seen one set item drop in the last week of play =/

All about the RNG

I been playing since ROS launch about 300ish paragon
Here what I got so far for class set.
- 5/6 pc for my Jade Harvester set. Only got it last week with the bonus drop rate.
- 1/4 pc of the Zuni set.
- 4/6 pc Helltooth set.

Friend with fresh Crusader got his 5 pc class set in less than 1 week. RNG!!!

Please excuse my ignorance, but what the heck is this RNG thing?

i believe RNG stands for random number generator. basically its pure luck on how your item is randomly generated as far as drops and the stats on it. someone please chime in with more knowledge.
