Damnit we want PVP!!!

Blizzard has stated that pvp wont be for a bit... 1.1 I believe... I would say another 3+ months out


I got bored playing my 60 wizard so I started to level other classes... Got Barb and DH through normal and starting WD now... but so far not impressed with him. Seems very slow and his poison darts and spiders spells are annoying to hear and look at...

Pvp wont come till 2013.

You actually leveling and farming gear or you paying someone to do it for you like EQ, DAOC, WOW and whatever else I'm forgetting?

hate to bump an "old" thread, but whats everyone take on this.. Will it bring you back to playing. I for one am pretty excited about this, I will actually feel like I accomplished something after doing a run with nothing dropping haha.

Also if anyone watches Kripparrian's youtube videos, the guy should get paid for this. He came up with this and gave it a name lol.

Like the idea of getting extra stats through the paragon system, but didn't feel the need to add MF and GF to it. I'm actually fine with swapping gear out for MF.

Not sure why they added GF into the stats either. It's just going to cause more inflation.

I am ok with gear swapping if you MANUALLY DO IT (which isn't very feasible, most people use macro's).

In my opinion, the problem they want to address with gear swapping is tied with macro's. Where do you draw the line between using third party exploits (eg. bots) and just "simply" using macros for MF gear swapping?

With this, if you grind long enough (and it will be long, the good old grind to lvl 99 in D2 is back...) you won't need a macro to swap gear. Maybe they might start banning macro-gear swapping.

Its a good start to getting some more endgame. Although i rather they give you better bonuses for hitting major paragon levels. Like level 50 will get rid of identification time

hmm, i guess i'll give it a go again. game got old real fast the first time around. reaching max level so quickly left no endgame for me. this paragon system sounds interesting

Thinking of starting up again. Had a witch doctor at 60 but grew really tired of his spells and quit the game. Any suggestions what character to start up?

this game is gonna be so easy now.

They're all pretty fun... I have a 60 Wizard, 45 WD, 33 Barb and 31 DH so far... I have enjoyed levelling all them so far but since you already played a caster I wouldn't recommend the Wizard as you would be looking at very similar gear as your WD...

I would probably go Melee... Barb is very popular and can use all the cool weapons so I would recommend it.

So excited for 1.0.4. My broken +AS items will be fixed. Lots of new legendaries and new affixes. These are enough reasons to keep playing!

gonna get back into it on my WD.. seems like they buffed it pretty well but gotta play to see
