I loaded up Diablo 3 last night, got to the character select screen, and then closed it. I figured I'd try some A2 Inferno, again. Then, I thought about dying to some fire-chained, plagued, desolate mob, and then trying the same thing a few more times. Ugh... that's not fun. That's masochistic. D3: I'm out.

Finally got to 60 during Diablo in hell.
Killed it, finally on inferno!

Inferno Act 2 actually got a lot easier because Blizzard nerfed the damage inflicted by the mobs in Acts 2 - 4. My DH actually lasted multiple hits from those #$@##$%(* leapers before she died. In the past, she would generally get 1-hit killed.

How the fuck do you be larder in act 3? Heard he was buffed in 1.03, I have 900-1000 all resis and his gas cloud owns me.. Even if I stand on the edge of the cloud, my DH buddy will die and then im fucked. Im a barb

as a bar u gotta use a combination of charge/juggernaut, ignore pain ignorance is bliss, revenge whenever its up and kind of stand at the edge of each poison cloud he makes so he doesnt spread it all around the room. Pop wrath whenever its up.

U haven't tried larder in 1.03 have you ^ he smokes the whole room now but I found a strat so I can tank him in the cloud

Wow... actually I have tried it after 1.03, you tank him at the edge of his smoke clouds so he doesnt smoke up the entire room as fast, leaving you at least some places on the other side to run to briefly. Eventually, yeah its unavoidable that the room gets entirely smoked, but it only happens near the end of the fight when the enrage timer ticks. But I still just juggernaut charge in, revenge and pop ignore pain whenever I need to tank in the clouds with wrath.

Before 1.03 I just stood in his face and beat him down without moving.

So what is that strategy you came up with?

On a different note, a 2-person team managed to kill Diablo in Inferno Hardcore mode before the v1.03 patch when the mobs haven't been nerfed yet. I was watched the YouTube video, and my just just drops at how goo the guy is.

With my shxtty skills, I'm not even sure if I am good enough to call myself a noob...

If you think Inferno is stressful, try HC.. I almost crap my pants everytime i'm in a boss fight. In HC, the only way to leave an event is to beat it.

That's the difference between people who play the game to enjoy the game as oppose to gold farmers who plays it like a job.

I'm just playing D3 minimally now ... can't believe I'm already tired of this game and it's only been like a month.
Currently leveling up my 2nd hero (DH) after maxing out Monk a couple weeks ago.
I will consider starting up a HC hero next week... and when I die with it I'll probably quit this game lol...

I'm probably done with this game. Just not that fun to me anymore. Maybe ill be back when pvp is released

butcher runs are still fun for me lol.. quit my wizard because that fuck got nerfed to the max... from 45k dps to fucking 20 with magic weapon.. such bullshit
