I'm planning to go to playland and the fair later this month.
I haven't gone the past few years and pretty much forgot what's there to check out anymore...
- Any must check out rides?
- anything to avoid? (games that have odds totally stacked against you, food etc.)
- any tips with regards to parking, games, etc
Someone told me about a bicycle that you need to ride for 5m, but the handlebars move the wheel in the opposite direction, and you need to push the pedals backwards to go forward... anyone seen this?

The only time I've won a "big" prize was shooting the air rifle at a paper target with a star on it; you're supposed to shoot off every bit of the star. I simply took my time and sprayed a nice big circle around the star.

you can either get the coupon printed or they hand it out at the front of the gate on tuesdays, playland after 2pm costs 10.58 for admission. A must try ride is definitely the Atmosfear. its the new ride at playland this year, pretty much a giant version of the swing set going 70 km/h. Such a sick view while on it.
PNE just isn't the same without demolition derbies
at least there's still Super Dogs and mini doughnuts.
Only thing I go there for is mini donuts, jerk chicken and to play the bowling ball game. I don't even know why I bother with the latter, even if I always win - the prizes just sit around for 6 months til I can find someone to give them to.
Anyone know about free passes (during PNE) through the casinos or using Gold Cards?
