I'd say the whole ESEA storm has passed. A lot of people complained when they first announced it but nothing really happened, sure they lost a few subs but lpkane probably doesn't give a shit either way lol.

I'm not going to trust ESEA with ALL my data and computer usage even when I'm not playing CSGO.
