Shop in Van with a gas analyzer to adjust carb

I need the carb on my ' 71 Corolla (KE20, 3K, 1.2L) adjusted to pass aircare so I can finish my Collectors application. Already failed a few times and I just want to get it done once and for all.

Anywhere between Van and Surrey would be cool.

Thanks

any shop thats aircare certified is supposed to have a gas analyzer. Carb is typically the last thing to be adjsuted after all else is tuned, adjusted and repaired
