| Garage Bar and Grill (Industry)
So me and a couple of buddies have been trying out Garage which was Industry bar and grill lately under Richmond Public Market. They changed the name because of the too many things in the past causing trouble and a bad reputation for a good peaceful bar. The place is pretty nice and open and I have tried a lot of other places which are usually cramped and loaded full of people because of the fact that its a bar. My friend is a close friend of the owner and the staff there are pretty chill, plus they pretty much know us since we always go there for dinner.
The only things I usually eat are the wings for 30c ea from 5-7pm and they are pretty godly. Not like the stuff you get from other bars that are oily, greasy, and drenched with sauce. I believe they have salt and pepper, teriyaki, hot, buffalo, and honey garlic. I have tried the burgers once and they are pretty decent and stacked nicely with layered sauces.
Don't get me wrong that I'm biased towards this place, but honestly its pretty damn good in the Richmond area. I tried Legends and Flying Beaver and they don't really compare to what Garage makes. The only downside is the cheap wings are from 5-7 so dinner has got to be early. We usually get a bunch of wings and chill with a beer for a long period of time. I strongly reccommend this place if you guys want to go for wings or just to try it out. They also have specials and stuff like 10 bucks for 4 shots and other special nights but the wings are the things I usually go for.

i go to this bar every canucks game playoff last year and this place is awesome! very friendly staff, great crowd (especially in the playoffs), a couple of really hot looking servers, and great overall environment.

They only hire hot servers. I know cuz I spoke to the owner
I couple now that work there are pretty hot. They usually work nights so if you're going for wings, stay and chill for a bit and you'll see them working |

Your experience may vary. | Oh yea New West. Yet it's all the way in new west just for 10c wings. 30c is pretty cheap+good wings all around
Edit: The review says their wings have some drenched with sauce or over fried (dry). I had that at Flying Beavers before and it tasted really really really bad. It was like eating chicken jerky bad. Plus the fact that its 10c, obviously there's some gap in expectations for good wings. Never had that at Garage yet so far |

Your experience may vary. | They changed it to 15 cents shortly after you wrote about it, and I think that they are closing down or moving They were having a closing sale at their liquor store last week also. Wings were good for the price though and the location was awesome for me.
Anyways can't wait to try this place out! Posted via RS Mobile |
