Income taxes to rise in B.C. following rejection of HST Income taxes to rise in B.C. following rejection of HST - The Globe and Mail Quote:

Wow.. that sucks.. good job idiots who voted down the HST.. |
i know these fuckers will draw our blood somewhere else. thats why i dont bother vote against hst. if the government want to rape you, they will find a way to rape you unless you move out of the province or country |
if you don't vote, you have NO right to complain. as for the tax increase, where did people expect the money to come from? out of thin air? |
Sigggghhhhhh |
well that's a surprise. NAHT. |

The vote came down to 54% vs. 46%. That's a 4% difference. The outcome could have easily been the other way around had more people went out and voted. 52% of the province came out and voted. That leaves a whole whopping 48% that did not. Even if you account for people being away, the number is ridiculous. |
Not a lot of people cares because they will rape us either way Posted via RS Mobile |
lol, more lies from the government. |
oh so after they bridge the 2billion $ gap they will bring down income tax back.. fuck that....oh same as parking meter rate increase to bridge gap for revenue they lost during olympics...... i dont believe anything the government says anymore... NDP/LIBERALS/CONS... all crooks one way or another... btw. so when are to MPs getting next raises??? |
these increases to the income tax (more like decreases to credits) are not very significant at all. Morever, the more income you have, the more you'll contribute to paying off this debt. Half of you people on here who are students with low income should not even be worried. The others who have a moderate income are also not TOO screwed either. Don't just hear "tax increase" or "tax cut" and react violently right away |
I'm not surprised. Government needs money....Its got to come from somewhere. |
the only silver lining in all of this is seeing the expression of the poor/uneducated that voted against the HST watch all these stories and realize what the fuck have they done? |
And once again if this happens the majority of short sided public will not bitch about how the government fucked up in the first place but will instead bitch about the majority vote that abolished it. |

theres no such thing as decreasing taxes, ever, anywhere |
:speechless: good job getting rid of the HST VANDER ZALM. GO, FIGHT ONCE AGAIN FOR YOUR FUCKING PEOPLE OH WAIT YOU WONT FUCKING DO THAT BECAUSE ALL YOU WANTED TO FUCKING GET RID OF THE FUCKING HST BECAUSE YOU OWNED FUCKING DEVELOPMENT PROPERTY ON FUCKING STEVESTON HIGHWAY WHERE THE FUCKING FANTASY SHIT GARDENS USED TO BE AT (sidenote: you fucker wasted so much building that too shitfacehead). NOW YOU BRING MORE FUCKING TAX TO FUCKING PROVINCE. GO FUCKING HIDE FUCKER |
lol hst tax neutral |
But if the HST was never introduced, we wouldn't be in such a position, right? I guess this is a case of two wrongs don't make a right? |

It's funny - because the Ontario Premier himself said that if BC scrapped the HST - it would give his province a competitive advantage. |
So many problems on something that shouldn't have existed in the first place Posted via RS Mobile |
