For those who would like an update. They have no idea what happened to the item.

I've now called them (pur-oh-later) three times. First call was pleasant, second one was, I couldn't understand a thing he said (accent as thick as a black man's finger - no shit, he sounded like what murd0c's avatar would sound like), and the third call was too much english, as in very heavy British accent. Sounded like the Queen of England. Being an Empire Loyalist, I understood clearly.

Anyway, it has them baffled. They assigned a team of specialists to track down the item. Well, Best Buy promised me 10% off my next purchase. I'll just cancel this one, order another one and get it for 10% less. I hope this happens over and over again so I can get the item for free, gulolol. I'm in no hurry to get it, but talk about incompetence. If it weren't for the gift cards (Xmas presents) I used, I would have got the item elsewhere.

at least with UPS, I would get it delivered like this........
