bought 2 makita 5 amp 18v batteries and 24 small woodworking clamps at Home Depot this weekend. brought the batteries back because Amazon beat them out for price the same day.

I'm a Ryobi guy instead of a Makita guy, but HD regularly has Ryobi Days where different Ryobi things -- including batteries -- go on some pretty attractive discounts. Compared to the regular price, it could be cheaper by up to ~40%.

I have a friend at a company, they had a guy where there was x budget for a job, by the last week he would use up the budget on M18 3-500$ batteries, then sell for 25% off on marketplace
You can imagine his self proclaimed "bonus" at the company every few months
He aint brown, fyi

ya i've bought used tools on fb marketplace before but not batteries.. battery sales pop up often enough at home depot.
i just googled it for fun to see how cheap they are and instantly i noticed some fake batteries.

Anyone have experience with UPS My Choice Premium?
It's $20 USD a year and you can reroute all packages to a UPS Access Point.
I normally pay $5 USD per package to In Out Parcel in Pt. Roberts.
Couldn't I just pay the UPS subscription and reroute all my packages to the nearby UPS Access Point instead?
I'd break even after 4 packages, and I got 3 incoming packages already.
Only con is that I can only pick up packages when the UPS Store is open.
