bought 2 makita 5 amp 18v batteries and 24 small woodworking clamps at Home Depot this weekend. brought the batteries back because Amazon beat them out for price the same day.
For those familiar with Shanghai... is there a bird/flower market area in Shanghai, similar to what they have in Mong Kok in HK?

p.s. i dont know, i dont think so. Traditional markets have all gone to shit in Shanghai. Dark might know, but i sure as shit dont recall anywhere to buy a god damn bird, or a market for flowers.... they just have huge ass souless shopping malls.

I'm a Ryobi guy instead of a Makita guy, but HD regularly has Ryobi Days where different Ryobi things -- including batteries -- go on some pretty attractive discounts. Compared to the regular price, it could be cheaper by up to ~40%.

i just googled it for fun to see how cheap they are and instantly i noticed some fake batteries.
just look and these batteries and notice how off the text is on the label vs the box in the background. the actual battery picture shows a battery with text on it that isnt italicized at all.. just looks fake as hell.
For less than $100 this kid build a shoulder fired rocket that that has build in GPS to control direction using parts from Aliexpress. Build a GPS controlled rocket is illegal in many countries including the US. Rockets groups like Hamas use are just point and fire. They have no way to change direction after fired.

Yes, I've been using an Oppo Find N5 global version (foldable) for the past year and it's been great. If you like the iOS asthetic then you'll be a fan of Color OS. The only reason I switched back to Samsung just recently is because I bought the Tri Fold. As soon as Oppo releases a TF I'm switching back.
I'm using the OnePlus 13 512GB. It's a fantastic phone! Great battery life, cheaper than other flagships, and great camera. For ref, when i was travelling I would leave early in the morning and get to around 8pm with around 40%. Quick top up is like 20mins or smt, and it'll get to 80%.
Downside is that the battery has degraded quite a bit in 6 months. It still says 99% health, but I'm noticing that it's not holding as much of a charge compared to before. That said, that might be my fault bc I wireless charge AND use a 100W charger all the time.
If you're particular about AI integration like Gemini, you won't find that on the OnePlus. The OnePlus13 can be found on AliExpress for sub $800 as well. If it's China spec with Google Play Store backloaded, it won't work with Android Auto. But other than that, should be no issue.
I wouldn't get the OnePlus 15 - it seems like a watered down version of the OnePlus 13, with a nicer chip, bigger battery (but you don't need it).
