Diarrhea every morning

Every morning when I get to work, I have to use the bathroom because I have diarrhea everyday around the same time. For whatever reason, it doesn't happen before I leave my home or later during the day, always around the same time when I arrive at work.

I eat a healthy diet (ex. fruits/veggies, meat, etc.). I don't eat a lot of junk food, but I'll munch on that from time to time, but nothing excessive.

Does anyone have similar issues like this? Anyone know the cause? Maybe I'm lacking a nutrient in my body or something??

You should probably discuss this with your doctor but:
Having regular bowel movements is a good thing, if its only 1x per day then I wouldn't be too worried but if its loose you can try to add more fibre to your diet

Acidophilus or any probiotic should help.

It happens when you get to your work because of increased activity after waking up; stuff, like walking to the kitchen, getting changed, driving to work, walking to work - will make you poop.

Coffee on an empty stomach will cause diarrhea.

This may just be me, but I suggest not eating an excessive amount of raw vegetables at one time, as they are really hard to digest, especially on an empty stomach as well.
I had a really bad stomach ache the entire night; it lead to extreme diarrhea and puking as well.
You could also be lactose-intolerant. Try to not drink any milk for a while?
As stated above, more fiber could help, but I always thought fiber assisted you with taking deuces.
Go to the doctor ASAP !!

Could be Celiac too (which is a gluten intolerance).

You should talk to your doctor and rule out various gastro intestinal issues if a probiotic or cutting down on coffee doesn't help you.

Diarrhea is never a healthy thing. Especially if it's regular.

Diarrhea also means that your intestines are not getting the time to extract the water, vitamins and minerals from the food you are eating. Having firm shits are healthy b/c all the good stuff has been taken out of the food.
