better off making it at home. u can probably find packages of the ready mix ones at tnt or izumiya.
ive only ever seen hayashi rice at hi genki but it wasn't really true hayashi rice since it wasn't beef and instead, they served it with katsu on the top. even at that, its a daily special and the last few times ive went, they didn't have it that day.
Aoyama Cafe has it, but it's not even close to tasting like actual Hayashi Rice.
I make my own since all the ones here are mediocre to completely wrong.
