ends up being faster internet, more total channels, home phone, all for about the same price as before.

Shaw does call backs. You just leave your number.
It's really reliable. At least for their internet service.
I usually get a call back within 10 minutes, sometimes less.

Unlike freaking rogers.

Is this not the case for their cable service?

The channel doesn't work for me right now. It says "One moment please this channel should be available shortly. ref code:S0a00"

They have the call back service but it's not always available. The last 4 times 2 of my friends called this past week the wait was between 2-4.5 hours and all 4 times the call back service was not an option. This apparently happens pretty often too.

When they say your wait will be 4 plus hours there is no way they will call me back in 10 minutes. I ended up calling the business line. Took me in less them 5 minutes to talk to someone but they had no clue about anything.
