Temp Agencies
Anyone have any experience with local temp agencies? Ones to avoid? Ones that are more proactive then others? Are there specific temp agencies that specialize in the tech industry, finance, etc?

I used Aerotech for a while. Nothing but a good experience for them. Told them my needs, my skills, and my minimum for what I'd like to be paid. They got me 4 different jobs one after another.
