1.) I rarely use LR3 since I'm still a noob so I use PS instead to watermark my pics. Google/Youtube batch processing.
Here's what I do though:

- Open image
- Window > Action. Make sure the action window is open.
- Click on New Action, name it whatever. It'll start recording your actions once the record button is red
- File > Place. Browse for watermark. Adjust watermark to your liking
- Flatten image (Ctrl+E), close image and stop action
- File > Automate > Batch - select the action you just named
- Browse for source folder
You can either save the new images to a new folder or overwrite the non-watermark ones. Hope that helps!

Too bad I didn't check rs earlier. Been working until now -__- solved all the problems. Lol. I found out that when you use an image as a watermark it must be a png file because jpeg doesn't support transparency. Been using jpeg since forever -__- Posted via RS Mobile
