i had that problem too for some reason and it would come and go. had a tech come out and they fixed it in 30 seconds.

i suggest just calling in to billing/sales and having one of those reps book a service call for you.

customer service might not be able to book the service call for you, but i think they're a lot faster to get a hold of than technical support

they are not trained how to but its not that hard. they could request assisstance from their support on booking it.

let them know that you cant get in touch with tech support and you never get to talk to anyone.
