Autobody Collision Estimator


Collision Damage Estimator
Location: Vancouver (South), B.C. @ 1111 West 73rd Avenue


The Position:

The responsibilities are focused on two main areas: accurate damage analysis and customer service. The Estimator is responsible for assessing vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate that meets or exceeds the specified accuracy target. The Estimator is in regular contact with the appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status.

The Estimator is the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair, providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process.

Applicants interested in this position should have a minimum two years experience in a similar position. Thorough knowledge of the collision repair process, solid customer service skills, and experience with ICBC procedures is expected.

Requirements:

Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility OR at an appraisal company preffered
Familiarity with ICBC guidelines
Solid understanding of the collision repair process
Outstanding customer service skills
Attention to detail
