Is polish chick black? No. She's polish. How does that offend her? Not to mention the context was friendly between friends. How do black people today use the word among one another? I think that's partially how it got transferred over to usage between other races. I think OP is in the clear here but one thing for sure is please.... stay safe.
Her race has nothing to do with it.
My friend isn't gay, that doesn't mean I should just do whatever the eff I want around her.
It's just common courtesy in my opinion.
The same thing when we're out and there are children/families around my friends and I aren't going to be dropping Fbombs even though we usually do.
It's just common courtesy and respect.
And to finger her and call her names? really?
Like another member posted above. Why even escalate the situation? I mean, those girls could have been running with some deadly guys and if they got wind of some guy fingering and calling their friends names.. that could have lead to something ugly.

But, of course, this is simply my opinion.
the bold part is highlighted because youre right and wrong. yes you should have some courtesy as you said, But honestly..to some random chick who i dont even know ? I'd prob say it more just to annoy her. Yea im probably acting like a child, but it's one person that i DONT EVEN KNOW! Like i would i care if my friend found it offensive and asked me to stop..but other then that, freedom of speech She don't like it ? She don't gotta pay attention to me. -awaits fails-
ps : all im saying is, she doesn't benefit my life in any way, she aint my friend, my gf, or any financial help. I wouldn't change how i act (keeping in mind that my friends are okay with how im acting) because some random stranger got her panties in a bunch

Good points,
however (playing devil's advocate here), club setting vs park with a family is a completely different setting.
At a club you're out to have a good time with your friends, its an adult environment, and generally speaking people let loose. Why does this girl feel the need to get involved in someone else's business that doesn't relate to her (she's not black)? Not to mention the word was used as a friendly gesture between two good friends, not to offend and demean anyone. Its like the same as me walking up to a family having a picnic and telling them not to use propane for their barbecue because it can be used as an explosive.
As for escalating the situation, is she not part responsible for getting herself into that situation since, again, she got involved in someone else's matter? But, I do agree that fingering her was a pushing it.

Yeah, I guess you're right.
Some people get pretty uptight about stupid shit. Just as this girl got uptight for no reason. You were clearly not using N*gga in a hateful way.
So I can totally understand where you're coming from.
Lol, why the FUCK do people still worry about racial slurs so much? I have only met 1 black person who actually cared and that was because he was fresh off the boat. I love having this power over you white people, dont call me nigger or I'll tell on you! pathetic.
That is nothing compared to what i say every day of my life. I hate all races equally.

Some guys are just so sensitive. Once I was bored at work and I went up to this black guy and I asked him "hey you look like this guy that played in the pickup soccer last week was that you?"
His reply? "let me guess, is he black too ?" he wasn't joking either, he seemed bothered by it. I got kinda caught offguard, caus I really thought it was him.
To this day I regret not saying "well he certainty wasn't Asian". Posted via RS Mobile
I think joking around with the word "nigga" is nothing wrong. However, op emphasized on the "appearance" on the chick, so are you saying if the chick was "hot" you would not told her to fuck off? If so, then you are an a** for judging someone from the appearance.

It partially depends on the slur in question, the words nigga, fag and gay are frequently used with no malice. Although, I do think that the origin of the words and their continued use to direct hate by some precludes them ever being words that are overly valuable to ones' vocabulary, they don't bother me much since I understand the purpose of their use.
There's nothing but hate and racism associated with words like chug, so those do offend me.
I hate people who take offence to words like nigga, hindu, or chink. Im brown and i have buddies of all races. When people use it in a friendly context i could care less. Like how u were using the word "nigga" in the club. I do the same thing everytime. My buddies call me a hindu all the time and i dont care, and vice vera. But obviously if some random punk is trying to start a problem, or using it in a racist context were gunna have a problem. Posted via RS Mobile
Drunk asian guy called me a nigga a few days ago because I was hitting on some girls he was also interested in. Think he thought it made him look all tough and shit.. lol

Personally, I don't mind these words as long as they are not being used in a hateful context.
As for that girl at the bar and mx703's friend, they need to learn to lighten up. There are worse travesties in this world and to blow a gasket over something so minor is silly. Now if those words were being said in a hateful manner, then that is different.
As for OP, I think he went home with the ugly girl hence why he needs validation on who was right and wrong and hasn't posted anything since the original post.
