The Green V makes it look like money so it might be DC.
Vice City would follow the pattern.
London is also possible.
If they do Vice it would be cool to do a time warp thing like SNES RPGs where you can play in the 80's or current.
I'll be very surprised if they made Vancouver but imagine if you can take a ski-lift up to a mountain top and ski back down. That would be epic especially doing a ski/snowboard chase with machine guns. Muhahaha.
Then the stupid sasquatch will jump out of nowhere and eat you. Damn you skifree!
I got back into GTA4 last week. I bought it last year, and I've already finished the game once. I think I've only done 2 missions in the last week. The rest of the time was spent rampaging through the city, seeing how many cops I could kill before they took me down, or I get away, or die a fucked up death. The Steam odometer is clocking in GTA4 @ 195 hours. There's a lot to this game other than the main plot. A LOT.
I wouldn't rule out Vancouver, since 4 was based on New York and New Jersey. It'd be cool if it was though, having Triad gang shootouts in an area modeled after No. 3 Road, where a random c-lai can run you down in the middle of an intense firefight.
I was originally going to say Vice City 2 but knowing how much Rockstar has milked that series it's difficult to think how much sales they will generate.
GTA: San Andreas II? It is very possible with the whole Vegas casino, private jets, drugs, and money theme. To me there are still many stories left untold in the San Andreas series given how the game ended.

^ nice screen name
I doubt it will be on Vancouver...what are they gonna talk about...Hells Angel's? Creeps like Picton?
I hope they choose a new city, no NYC/LA/Miami/London please.
They should do Hong Kong because True Crime HK never materialized and I'm sure that will get many interested with a big change of scene.
and damn I think I had like 99.6% completion on GTAIV....couldn't figure out which activity i haven't done with Brucie
I had 100% in RDR though and damn that was satisfying...especially the hunting ones
my favorite game series. i can not wait for this!!!! i literally played the shit out of each and every one of the games lol. the GTA 4 theme song is the ringtone on my iphone.
ive got the biggest shit eating grin on my face right now
