Solid places for a date
 

So I'm going out with this girl I like and thinking about some solid places to go. It's pretty cold out now so I think the outdoor stuff is somewhat limiting... no coffee dates, her and I know each other pretty well now so that's not really necessary but what are some decent activities while the weather is playing against me?

Take her to the outdoor ice skate rink up on Grouse Mountain! Its actually on a LEGIT frozen pond. Then back to the lodge and chill or something

hey AK i think you should embrace the cold rather than try to fight it.
like what was said above, ice skating, snowshoeing, sledding, etc...

also stuff like cooking classes (or try cooking something ambitious together), concerts (free ones?), art gallery (even just walk around tinseltown before a movie for free), volunteer for something...

The reason why I maintained my skating is because its fun and well I play hockey haha. The best part about skating is that if she cant skate (provided you can hold your own) you can hold her. Or if you don't know how to skate but she sort of does, YOU looking like bambi will make her think its cute etc blah blah and get her to teach you which means BONDING. I'll teach you to skate too in advance so you look ALPHA! haha

bump for things to do during the day tomorrow in van.
I figure grandville island is a good start to explore since I'm new to the area but we have from about 9-4/5 so looking for more to do :)
