Question RE: Posting someones name and address online

Is it legal?

And does it make a difference if the address is their place of business.

And what about if they work out of their house?

Any help would be appreciated.

Since this is your first post I assume you're up to no good.

If the information is available publicly then there is no issue. If its information you obtained privately, then you need to find out if you're going to violate a privacy agreement by sharing it.

I thought address and phone number doesnt fall under foico since you can technically get it off the white pages... which is "public".
