If you can fit smaller rims over the brakes, go that route. 19" snow tires are not cheap.

You should be willing to travel if you want to save money. If you can save $100+ by dealing with a shop in Langley, why wouldn't you? better yet, drive to the States and get your tires there.

I have a set of my 19"winter tires and wanna get balaced and mounted for less than $100 in BURNABY/NEW WEST/SURREY area. I found one shop in burnaby charges $120 tax included so far.
If you know the shop charges less than $100 please PM me.

My winter tire spec is

245/40WR19 (front) and 275/35WR19 (rear)
