Purple Line Down My Screen

I have a no more than 3 months old Dell XPS 15z. I barley use my laptop just here and there. Today I noticed a purple line going down my screen. What i've read that its a fault in the screen. Just wondering if dell would cover this or am I screwed for this $1400 laptop.

if its a whole line down the screen and its under warranty, they'll fix it. If you only have a couple pixels that are dead, they'll tell you to fuck yourself and suck it up. When you are on the phone with them, see if they will send you a shipping label so you don't need to pay for shipping. Some companies do this but i'm not sure about dell.

Its getting worse, like my screen is bleeding =(.

Called dell and they are sending me a box to get it fixed.
Just paid $1300 now im loosing my laptop for up to 10 days.
I hope they dont try to send me a refurbished one.

Should have bought their next day or advance replacement service... which is the whole point of getting a Dell.
