A lot of traffic lights are down in Richmond, at least along Blundell. Many close calls watch out for immigrant drivers.

avoid richmond, no lights in places, branches all over the place and stupid drivers who dont know 4way stop procedure. theres also a billboard on knight street going north just before the bridgeport overpass.

It was pretty freaky, one of those metal signs that showed the tow truck company responsible for the parking lot flew off the wall and was flying around.
