i volunteered to help the OP because i know exactly how he felt.
working with fob is like talking to a brick wall, they are solid, but they don't really know how to reply you.

the worst part is, those fobs can be as stubborn and hard like a brick wall, they will refuse the change the idea.

good luck OP. i failed a course before because of a fob.
