There was no such thing as India prior to British colonialism. India is a concept developed by British colonialism.
I understand the history of India. Canada was not a country until the Europeans came here. khalistan is something a small minority Sikhs want and not all Sikhs are Punjabi. Many Punjabi's are Hindu and do not want a khalistan.
