rear suspension noise q

Hey everyone.I have a couple Q's regarding my rear trailing arm assembly.lately I havebeen hearing duck like noises coming from what seems like the rear drivers side.sounds exactly like when my front wheel bearing went out.so I replaced the wheel bearing hub assembly.but I still hear noises coming out from what seemthis like the same side.this noise is more like a clunking.I looked around and thought maybe it could be a bushing? Can anyone confirm this? Are there any other parts that could be causng this noise.also how safe is it to drive my car hwy and city?I hear the noise most between 60 and 80 kmh.the car is 92 civic Cx w/ disc brake conversion. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
