fs: MK4 Volkswagen Golf Rear Bumper Valence

This is a bran new, painted uni-black Mk4 (1999.5 to 2005) Volkswagen Golf rear bumper valence. Which means, no cutout for exhaust and just the bottom section. Picture shows what I mean

I am only asking $100, this is bran new.
