Car Remote Starter

Hi I am a noobie at Cars but I just bought a used 07 Honda Civic LX, the previous owner, I guess he installed the remote starter. The unit is VIPER 5601. I was reading the manual apparently if I press on the AUX remote, the trunk door should released. I tried and it didn't so I assume that it was not programmed or setup to do so? So I am asking where can I get it done to programmer/setup on my VIPER 5601 to have trunk release for my car

Thanks!

Just because the alarm has a trunk release doesn't mean that you have it in your car. In fact, I doubt that car has an electric trunk pop unless it was installed as an aftermarket device. It can however, be checked and done by any one of our sponsors.

Usually anywhere from $80-140 depending on what actuator or solenoid is used.
