40 left now.
I think the ebisu deal was better. Plus, if I end up at kingyo, I'm going to spend myself into the poor house |

The Ebisu one seems better because it's got more, along with the pitcher of beer.
The Kingyo one is different, besides we all know Izakaya's aint exactly the cheapest type of restaurant. $19 for all that, regularly it would probably cost you at least $25-30, right?
Anyways I previewed this package for VANEATSca (the guys are awesome) and I think it's a perfectly good deal. I actually fell asleep yesterday so I didn't get a chance to buy my own pass.. oops.
Two more coming up, La Rocca and Hurricane Grill!

^I'm wanting to buy this too...this is my first time with vaneats and I'm a little confused. It says 1 pass/person but the dining package is recommended for 2. So do I need to buy just 1 pass for 2 people? Or do I need to buy 2 passes???
edit: nvm, looks like you can only buy 1 pass/person is the maximum you can buy. Bought one, will try it out! From the picture of the meal, looks it should be just enough food for the two of us, might have to add on a fried banana though

Tried the La Rocca package. (bread, ham appetizer, stuffed chicken breast, pasta, tiramisu)
Portions weren't that big...the chicken breast wasn't much
Service was good, restaurant was quiet, there wasn't tax on my bill
More like eat for 1.5 person(s), but for $28 it was worth it.
I enjoyed the Ebisu package a lot more :P
Gonna try Hurricane Fiesta package next week

I haven't had much Italian food to compare but I'd say it's average.
The stuffed chicken breast is nothing more but a chicken breast with a prune inside. Kinda expected more. However, the grilled vegetable (purple lettuce) was suprisingly good. It was sweet and a bit bitter, and imo it saved the dish (depends if bitter bothers you).
Pasta was alright, sauce was creamy and didn't flood. The prawns tasted fresh
Ham appy, and Tiramisu dessert was pretty average.
$28 = 4 course meal for 2 small eaters is worth a try, but I won't be going back :P
