Yes. It's called "uttering death threats" and people get charged all the time for it. He is a complete and utter moron for posting this video online and bragging about beating the guy up and breaking his leg. I don't condone what the vet did at all, but if this guy is as macho as he makes himself sound (MMA and all the stuff) he could have easily taken the keys away and restrained the guy until the cops arrived.

The best part is when he says "I knew the cop that showed up so it kinda worked out... haha." If I was an attourney for the other guy that would be great evidence that he even felt that he went overboard and deserved to be charged but "since he knew the cop" he got away with it. The cop would also likely get in shit.
