Help needed: Replacing NA Miata Timing belt

Hi guys,

I don't know how to approach this, but...
I recently acquired a timing belt kit so have all the parts needed to replace Timing belt, PS, AC belt and water pump of my 1994 Mazda Miata. However I prefer to not take it to a professional shop as its just labour that I'm paying and that I'm willing to just take it over to an freelance mechanic and just spend a Saturday afternoon helping me replace it. Pay will definitely be a factor since time = money and that you're doing a HUGE favor to help me! I'll offer more than just a beer haha!

Let me know by PMing me or texting me 778-388-3135 I'd love to learn a little more about how to replace a Timing belt

Nick

I'll be doing mine at some point in the next few months. Check out clubroadster theres a lot of smart folks there. You should do the main seal at the same time. Usually kits come with it as well.
