Why you guys blaming Calgary? Cause you can?
Apparently, they did a bang up job hosting the juniors. Tonnes of volunteer hours and hard work.
Just saiyan......... it has nothing to do with the Flames.

I've been volunteering alot of hours for this (even on xmas) and whether Canada made it to gold or not, the atmosphere surrounding the tournament has been amazing so far! Of course it's no comparison to the olympics in Van, but it has been awesome to meet other die-hard hockey fans coming from all over the world just to support their teams.  | |

Congrats to Team Sweden on winning the gold medal and denying the Russians the gold! 
Keep your head up Team Canada. You showed character and professionalism in taking care of business in beating Finland for the bronze.
I'm thinking the Sedins won some side bets with their teammates after their country won the gold. How Swede it is for them. Twins doing cartwheels after Sweden wins, lol.

Even though we got eliminated by Russia... part of me was ok to see Russia win it for their country... just cuz of the terrible tragedy with all their players in that plane crash and all... I'm sure they wanted to win and dedicate it to the victims... but meh I guess it wasn't meant to be...
Anyways congrats Sweden!
