I'm pretty sure he's referring to meeting rooms, ballrooms and boardrooms you can rent from any major hotel. But seriously, why would you need to rent a place just for 10 people? Just have the party at your place, even if you're in 500sq ft condo, you can comfortably party with 10 people.

Alternatively for such a small party, another option would be too book a private room at a restaurant ie.. La Terrezza, Gothams, Romers. etc....

Ok so you will go with the Van then???

It already has a bed, handcuffs, rope and duct tape. It doesn’t have windows of course and I have a cassette tape of the songs from Sesame Street,
Teletubbies, Strawberry short cake and My Friendly Pony. I can record the Smurf’s, Big Friendly Giant, Mr. Dressup, Mr Rogers and Fred Penner of course if requested for no extra charge.

I will even supply fruit punch with my secret mixture as well

I’m highly excited about this when can we make arrangement’s for pick up???

Here's a pic before I had the windows removed look how happy everyone is.... You can have the time of your life trust me on this one
