To be fair, if there's Santa giving out cookies in a mall, then I wouldnt suspect a thing too because I'll think it's part of the mall's Christmas promotion. Having said that, that's just sad that people do this to kids.

The razor in apples started happening before Internet.
Razor, as in not a whole piece - that would be dumb.
Ever see a blade used in vinyl cutters? Pretty small. Broken glass, needles, drugs, rat poison, etc.
There are sick people out there.
